Hi there - not sure what rating refers to, but i've given you 5, hoping that's very good, as i've had terrific service from you every time i've visited london - about 4 trips in the past year alone. Your drivers are punctual, polite and friendly - and the cars have been fine too.
As a regular client, however, it would great to be able to have my details stored rather than having to start from scratch each time? Some discounts for regular users would be good too! Thanks Martin
I have already used exclusiveairports transfer from Stanstead to London and return several times and the sefice has always been perfect. That's the reason why I am making further reservations :)

I have used your company many times and find the service to be excellent. You normally collect my children from LHR and ake them to a rail staion in the city. This time I would like you to collect them on Saturday 4 April 2009 from E3 and take them to LHR. They have to be at the airport no later that 0730 hours, what time should I ask for them to be picked up?

I'll do a formal trip report later during my trip when I have more time but I wanted to leave a great post about ExclusiveAirports.com. I booked with them online a few weeks ago. They promptly responded via email to confirm.
They were extremely professional and the driver was waiting right outside the gate after the baggage area. He was on time, polite and helped us with all our bags (we had alot as we are on a 1.5 month trip). His car was a late model car in great condition and was very clean. We brought us to our hotel with no problems. The fare quoted was £39 ($65) plus we gave him a good tip. (He didn't ask for one but certainly deserved one). I emailed a few places but most didn't answer back quickly. I found the price a bargain compared to the alternative of using a taxi. Really I'm not sure who would use a plain taxi these days from the London airports. A shuttle or a train wasn't an option for us as we had lots of bags and a 1 year old baby with us. I highly recommend using them for an airport pick up. Great service. Thank you all for making our journey such a pleasant experience. When I wrote the first review, we had only booked but hadn't arrived yet in London. When we did arrive, the driver Tuan drove us into London Town under a heavy downpour of rain. A very pleasant young man, well educated, and a good companion during such a tedious trip from Stansted into London West End.
The day we returned, I asked for the car a bit earlier than was arranged, and I got it. With the same driver, Tuan, much to our delight. My husband and I, 75 and 65 years old respectively, have been taking taxis all over London, but have never met one as sweet and obliging as our driver Tuan. Amir from the reservation had already given us great service when I booked for a car. But I must say that everyone has done a great job and I hope to be using only your service in the future. I am writing to say thank you very much for a fantastic service. We booked a transfer from the Novotel Heathrow to Gatwick Airport on 18.8.09 at 7.00am. Booking was easy and all emails were answered very promptly. The service on the day was exceptional.
