I note that that ExclusiveAirports allows all of 30 minutes from the time that the plane arrives at the gate until you gather bags & meet the driver at the info desk before they begin to assess a "wait charge".

Please, not that Exclusive Airports send the driver into the Terminal 30min after landing (you can chose more or less, during the reservation process).

We arrived late in the evening at Heathrow in a thunderstorm and a pouring rain. The driver was waiting us just where he had to be. Fast and reliable drive to the hotel. Thank you for your excellent service.

Hi Linet,

Just a quick note to commend you on your excellent transfer service. I availed of your services last Thursday when you met myself and my friends off 2 Flights at Luton Airport and transported us to our Hotel at London Soho, WC1B 3AU and on Sunday morning collected our group of 8 at our Hotel and brought us back to Luton Airport.

Your drivers were waiting at the airport arrivals area for us with our name cards at the time agreed, and again your driver was waiting outside our hotel at the agreed time to take us back to the airport. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, your drivers well dressed and very pleasant.

I have already recommended you to friends who will be travelling to London in the near future.
