After using your Exclusive Airport Taxi Services to pick eight of us up from London Airport, London last Thursday and back again on Sunday evening. I just wanted to say thank you very much indeed for the excellent private hire service you provided. We were slightly late in arriving, but that didn’t seem to be a problem to your lovely cab driver Max who greeted us. During the four days we were there, we used many taxis to get about which to say the least were not up to your excellent standards. Promptly waiting as we stepped off our flight, a very lovely courteous driver. No problems on the return journey again arrived exactly on time, pleased to say the same lovely gentleman driving. Thank you for the excellent service. My only concern was I couldn't get through to your office all day Sunday to confirm everything was ok for the return journey. Luckily the driver rang me at 3.15pm. I was certainly very relieved to get that call. In all, it was an excellent service which I'd be happy to use again and to recommend to others.
