we are now back home in Aussie after a great holiday. the arrangements with Exclusive worked perfectly and we were very pleased with the service you offered for the 4 transfers we arranged by email months ago before leaving Australia. I was picked up by yourself at Gatwick Airport on Friday 2 Feb and again on Monday 5 Feb return to Airport. I would like thank your driver for his care when taking our party back to the airport as I had had an accident and was in a lot of pain. I have broken my collarbone and dislocated my shoulder and your driver made the journey back very comfortable and this was much appreciated by myself. I will use this service again when I come back to London, and have recommended you to friends as the service was first class. Thank you

Thanks for everyone's help. My son was picked up on time and has arrived safe and sound in Rome! We were very nervous with his early departure from London and getting to the airport on time but you made everything very smooth for him.
