London Heathrow Airport is the United Kingdom’s largest and World’s fourth busiest airport. In terms of passenger traffic, it is Europe’s busiest and World’s second busiest airport. Redesigned and developed in 2005, this terminal is expected to close operations in 2013-2014. Terminal 2, formerly called Heathrow East terminal is Heathrow’s oldest terminal. It is currently under a major reconstruction of the phase 2 and is expected to renew operations from 2019. Terminal 3 was opened to handle departure of flights to long haul routes. Terminal 4 is connected to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and underwent renovation recently to reduce traffic congestion and enhance security. Terminal 5 is the newest airport terminal that was constructed with modern facilities.

Currently, terminal 1 serves as base for flights operated by Airlines under Star Alliance along with sine non-aligned airlines. Terminal 3 acts as base for operations of Oneworld, Virgin Atlantic, some non- aligned and members of Star Alliance that are not based in Terminal 1. Terminal 4 is home to the operations of SkyTeam and all other non-aligned Airlines. Terminal 5 is dedicated completely for British Airways. Shops, restaurants, bars, business facilities and all other amenities catering for the requirements of all types of passengers are available in all the terminals.

Heathrow Airport has a well connected transport system and is reachable by trains, buses, taxis and minicabs. Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 have train stations and trains operate for every 15 minutes. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Baby Seat:
We provide seats for children up to 3 years age if need be. When you book a journey with us, you may advise us on the age of the baby in the comment box or call us well in advance before your journey, so that we can offer you the right size. We charge an additional £6 along with the journey price for each baby seat.

Additional Stops and Diversions on the Way:
If you like to add additional stops or diversions in a journey please select can’t find my journey option in home page to book a journey.

Free Flight Monitoring:
When you book with us, we take your flight number and monitor the arrival of your flight so that we pick you up from the airport according to the specified timings.

Waiting Time:
When you book with us for an airport pick up, you need to specify the pickup time in accordance with the scheduled arrival times of your flight, to allow you time to clear customs and for collecting your luggage. Our driver awaits your arrival at the airport information desk with the sign board of your name. We provide you an additional 30 minutes waiting time from the pickup time you have specified, for free. Any waiting time after this is charged £0.35 per minute.

Car Park Fee:
When you book with us for an airport transfer, for every pick up from the airport, the car parking fee is included in the journey price. The passenger doesn’t have to pay for parking from the airport.
